The assistant Store Manager actively and enthusiastically supports and reinforces the Store Manager in ensuring the store meets its goals and standards in the areas of sales productivity, Customer service, visual merchandising, store operations, staff Training and development and Policy compliance and in maintaining the overall appearance of the store. The Assistant Manager is totally responsible for operating the store in the absence of the Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager is expected to display and encourage selling skills that lead to high sales productivity.

Minimum Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of Retail Management Experience. Prior experience in recruiting and staffing. Proficient level of knowledge in computers. Strong knowledge of visual Merchandising. Strong Problem solving skills and being able to think on your feet in a fast paced selling environment. Must be able to work on weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
